FAQ

Common Inquiries

WHAT DO YOU SUPPLY FOR OVERNIGHT BOARDING?

Our facilities are climate controlled, clean and comfortable. We provide a cot in each run, outdoor exercise, and scheduled feeding times. We will administer medication, give walks if added as a service and exit baths if you want your dog to go home smelling good! You can bring bedding, treats, toys etc for your pet, but please label or put a list of what you bring on your pet info form. We ask that each dog arrive on leash and give space to other dogs as you arrive. We also require all dogs and cats to be current on their vaccinations - for their safety and the safety of the others boarding with us.

HOW CAN I CHECK ON MY PET DURING THEIR STAY?

Feel free to text us if you would like an update. We know it is hard to be away from your pet, and if a quick update helps you know they are doing well, let us know! If we notice any problems with behavior, we will do our best to make changes to make their stay fun!

MY PET HAS A SPECIAL DIET. CAN THEIR NEEDS BE ACCOMMODATED?

We do have kennel food, but we ask that each pet come with their own food so they are not changing their diet. This will help their stay be easier on their stomach. If your dog has special feeding instructions, let us know! We also will give medication as instructed with a minimal fee.

MY DOG IS SMALL AND SHY. THEY MIGHT NOT LIKE THE BIG DOGS.

We have a hall that is just for this! The smaller or older dogs can hang out up front by the main office. It allows for them to have an individual kennel and play time with those their size. It is generally quieter and is also climate controlled, just like out other Pet Hotel area.

WHAT DO I NEED TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT?

If it is your first time boarding or grooming with us, you will need to call us to get set up as a client. After that, we have your pets in our system and a quick text or email with reservation needs and we can get you scheduled. We will email confirmations and other information to you each visit you schedule.
